Arium RO 61316

The compact arium^® RO 61316 laboratory water purification system is designed to produce RO-Water for general laboratory applications. With production volumes up to 16 l/h and up to 99 % rejection rate of ions, bacteria, organics and viruses, automated RO-membrane back-flushing, and a constant flow rate, the arium^® 61316 is the ideal choice for daily laboratory applications.

The efficient RO-membranes reduce water wastage and provide excellent product water quality, whilst ensuring high retention rates of the water impurities.

By the use of an optional closed pressurized tank (30, 70, 100 litre) the RO product water will be distributed with up to 3.5 bar to the point of use. This unique feature provides a pressurised product-water flow for all your lab applications. There is no need for an additional distribution pump.

Display and menu functions

The large, understandable, easy-to-read display with its intuitively operated keypad lets you retrieve important information and data fast.
The compact design and the flexible display allows to use the system on the bench top, mounted on the wall or as under bench system.The display shows the following information:

• Product and feed water quality

• Rejection rate of RO modules

• Tank-level

• Temperature

Electronic features for data saving and display

The system has a RS 232 serial interface to send data to a printer and PLC interface for external communication.

Cost saving technologies

The combination of different technologies in the arium^® 61316 system guarantees a constant water quality and inexpensive supply of pure water. These powerful RO membranes reduce loss of water, ensure excellent quality of the purified water and a high retention rate of the constituents in the raw water. The pretreatment cartridge removes free chlorine and particulate matter from the system’s feed water to protect the RO membranes located downstream.

Arium RO 613L

The arium®613L reverse osmosis (RO) system has been developed for applications requiring large volumes of RO water on demand. Capable of delivering up to 300 l of purified water per hour the arium^® 613L is an efficient, reliable, low maintenance RO system.The efficient RO membranes reduce water wastage and provide excellent product water quality whilst ensuring high retention rates of water impurities. Water storage is simplified by the use of an integrated 100 l tank, and booster pump. Product water can be readily distributed (2 m³/h at 3.7 bar) to several points of use.

Complete arium® RO system with distribution pump, 200 L/h, 230 Volt, 50 Hz, including 5 μm prefilter, 4 RO membranes and 100-L tank.

Tank system

The arium^® 613L reverse osmosis system is capable of delivering 300 l of purified water per hour and the storage is simplified by the use of an integrated 100 l tank. For greater amounts of water the optional tank systems (200l, 600l or 1000l) are a comfortable solution. A distribution pump is integrated in the system and a whole building can be supplied with ASTM type 3 water. The produced water can be used for feeding glassware machines, autoclaves or air humidifiers and also as feed water for ultrapure water systems.

• Integrated feed water pump provides constant pressure and permeate flow

• Permeate distribution pump distributes the product water at a speed of 2 m3/h and 3.7 bar to the point of use
